Refund and Returns Policy
YAAYA Boutique Return Policy:

Return Period:
You may return items purchased from Yaaya Boutique within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. This policy applies to all customers within Sri Lanka.
Return Conditions:
Items must be:
Unworn and unused.
In their original packaging.
Accompanied by the original receipt or proof of purchase.
Include all tags and accessories.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:
Earrings (for hygiene reasons).
Bags.
Sale or clearance items (unless defective).
Personalized or custom-made jewelry.
Gift cards.
Process for Returns:
Initiate Return: Contact our customer service team via email at yaayaboutique@gmail.com or phone to initiate your return.
Receive Instructions: We will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions.
Package Items: Carefully package the items you wish to return.
Ship Returns: Send the package using the provided shipping label.
Refund Processing: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive your return.
Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or style, please follow the same return process and indicate your preference for an exchange.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive damaged or defective merchandise:
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Provide photos of the damaged item.
We will arrange for a replacement or full refund including shipping costs.
Shipping Costs:
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
For exchanges or returns of defective items, Yaaya Boutique will cover return shipping costs.
